This is the latest offering from Memphis experimental rapper Cities Aviv. This kid seems to have a long list of DJs at his disposal (DJ Leroy, DJ Redeye Jedi), constantly producing beats that reach deep into the world of soul, easy listening and psych music. The final result feels demanding and ultimately refreshing, once paired with Gavin’s tense rhymes and overall front-man-for-a-punk-band persona.
